Return Policy

We understand that sometimes these things don't work out.   We will gladly issue a refund for the product amount within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.  Products must be in the original packaging as well as in new or gently used (less than 1/2) condition.  Please note that we cannot issue a refund for any shipping payment.  Products must have been purchased on www.chasingsummerbeauty.com. 

To Start a Return

Please send us an email to hello@chasingsummerbeauty.com with the order number.  Items will not be accepted without contacting us first. Once the item is received and inspected we will contact you and send you a shipping label for your return.  All refunds will be in the form of the original payment.
